We’re making memories

Each portrait session is thoughtfully planned from beginning to end. To have a successful photo session a few things must be considered such as the location, what you’ll wear, the time of day, and where you’ll display your images. We will go over every detail, large and small, in your planning session so that your photos fit the vision you have in mind!

What kind of session do you want?

On Location Session

Location sessions are perfect if you want to incorporate a place that is meaningful or significant to you and your family. Maybe it’s a local botanical garden, the red rocks of nearby Snow Canyon, a flower field, a secluded mountain path, a pond or lake, or a barn or cool property you have access to. Some families like to incorporate something special to them like an old tractor, a restored car your grandpa fixed up, a wood or tire swing hanging from a big tree! The best part about your session is that you can get as creative as you want!

Studio Session

My studio is a great options for people who want something classic in a controlled environment. Inside my studio called The Gardner Home Collective we have a big white space with vintage pocket doors, a fire place, big windows, a front porch, a dark gray room with traditional seamless paper backdrops and more ornate options. Studio sessions are perfect for smaller family groups.

At Home Session

These sessions are some of my favorite to create! I love the versatility of photographing clients at their home or an indoor location that is special. The backdrop can be a grand room with special ornate furniture, a statement fire place, a giant wrap around porch. It can also be a simple, clean living room with gorgeous natural light, a bright white bedroom with crisp fresh linens, or a garden outside, a cool fence on property, even a family home exterior can offer a unique and special backdrop. It’s fun to get creative!
